What data this website collects, what happens to information you send when you make contact, and what rights you have over it.
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], incorporated in [JURISDICTION] under company number [REGISTRATION NUMBER], is the controller of personal data described in this policy. Contact details are on the contact page.
This website is static. It has no contact form, no account system, no advertising pixels and no analytics or tracking cookies. It does not set cookies of its own.
Two things still involve third parties, and you should know about both:
If you contact ZenexPay on Telegram, we receive whatever you choose to send: your Telegram identity, your business details, and any documents you provide during enquiry or onboarding. Telegram is a third-party service. Messages are subject to Telegram's own terms and privacy policy, and ZenexPay does not control how Telegram processes them.
ZenexPay uses that information to respond to your enquiry, assess channel eligibility, quote pricing, and, if you proceed, complete onboarding and comply with the due-diligence requirements of the relevant upstream channel provider.
Where data-protection law applies, ZenexPay processes this information on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, performing that contract, complying with legal and regulatory obligations including anti-money-laundering requirements, and its legitimate interest in operating and securing its business.
Business and due-diligence information may be shared with the upstream payment channel providers whose channels you apply to use, because those providers conduct their own merchant due diligence. It may also be disclosed where required by law or by a competent regulator.
ZenexPay does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising purposes.
ZenexPay operates payment channels across multiple jurisdictions, so onboarding information may be transferred to providers outside your country. [DESCRIBE THE SAFEGUARDS USED — for example standard contractual clauses — AFTER CONFIRMING WHAT IS ACTUALLY IN PLACE.]
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Onboarding and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering and record-keeping obligations. [STATE THE ACTUAL PERIODS ONCE CONFIRMED.]
ZenexPay takes reasonable measures to protect information in its possession. No specific security certification is claimed on this website; where a certification or control matters to your vendor review, ask during onboarding and it will be answered in writing rather than asserted here.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal data held about you, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy in portable form. To exercise any of these, contact ZenexPay through the contact page. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. ZenexPay does not knowingly collect data from children.
